Right, it's time to take out those wallets! We're hosting an awesome campaign to raise money for the elderly in Nelspruit, and I expect you to get involved and give us some moolah!

Many of you will be glad to hear that I'll be locked up in a box at Riverside Mall next weekend (27 &28 May), and I need to secure R5000 to ensure my release.    I'll also be campaigning against other local business personalities, and I hate to lose :.

This is what you need to know:

The Riverside Mall and Emnotweni Casino are hosting their latest and very exciting CSI initiative. It is called 'The Classic Challenge', and it is a fun project which will see various local celebrities and VIP's being 'locked up' for several hours. They will be scrutinised and their every move watched by onlookers and the best part is that they will help us to raise funds for several local retirement homes within Nelspruit, as well as surrounding communities. The elderly are mostly forgotten and with this great initiative we want to ensure that they are placed at the forefront, and once again remind everyone that the old folks really are the life and soul of the town we love so much. We want to try and make a small difference in their lives by making their days a bit more fun, interesting and comfortable.

Our goal is to raise R50 000 through this project. The monies that are collected will be deposited into a Standard Bank account. The name of the account will be 'The Classics Challenge'. At the end of the campaign, this money will be used in aid of the selected old age homes.
